Hi, I am going on a cruise soon and was wondering if when I run on the track that is on the cruise, will the distance and pace results of my Garmin Forerunner 450 (gps running watch) be messed up because of the ship’s motion?

I have a Garmin Forerunner 405, and my coach wants me to send him the workout from a day ago to him via email. I know that I need to make it a file so I can attach it to an email, but I cannot figure out how to make a file with a specific workout.
I have downloaded the Garmin Training Center, but cannot figure out how to actually get a file to send him.
I need to know how to send him a file of one day’s workout via email.
